About Me
Hi, I’m Connor — your numbers person.
I’m a San Antonio native and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor who genuinely loves bringing order to numbers. Before bookkeeping, I spent years working at small, local hospitality businesses, including more than four years at a San Antonio bar where I worked my way up from barback to bar manager, handling cash, inventory, vendor orders and staff scheduling.
I know the day-to-day pressure owners are under, and I’m here to take the books off your plate. When you work with me, you work directly with me.

Do you prepare tax returns?
I focus on bookkeeping. I don’t prepare income tax returns, but I keep your books clean, reconciled and organized all year, then give your CPA or tax preparer exactly what they need. That usually makes filing faster and less expensive.
Do you work with bars and restaurants?
Yes, it’s my specialty. I spent more than four years at a local bar, working my way up to bar manager, so I understand tips, POS systems, inventory, vendor bills and the cash flow swings that come with hospitality.
Do you only work with San Antonio businesses?
I’m based in San Antonio and happy to meet local clients in person, but bookkeeping works great remotely too, so I can help businesses anywhere in the U.S.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your books and the services you need. After a free consultation, I’ll give you a flat-rate quote so you always know what to expect.
What accounting software do you use?
I specialize in QuickBooks Online and I’m an Intuit-certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. If you don’t have software yet, I’ll help you get set up the right way.
